About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, including web applications, mobile applications, software platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing software development teams, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Technical coding experience is not required, but a solid understanding of software development processes and project management methodologies is essential.

• Lead end-to-end project management for web, mobile, and software development projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Create and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and timelines.
• Coordinate activities among developers, QA engineers, designers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and project reporting.
• Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
• Track project KPIs and provide status updates to leadership and clients.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to established processes.
• Foster collaboration and accountability within the development team.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery practices.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing a software development team.
• Experience managing web, mobile, or enterprise software development projects.
• Proven track record of delivering technology projects successfully.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience with project planning, tracking, and reporting tools.
