Offline Marketing Associate

The Offline Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and executing offline marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects, work collaboratively with different teams, and effectively communicate the brand’s message to our target audience.

• Create and execute offline marketing campaigns, including events, in-store promotions, and collaborations.
• Plan, organize, and manage events, pop-ups, and other brand activations to promote Sunnies Face products.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful campaign execution.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the offline marketing space.
• Liaise with external vendors and partners to secure venues, negotiate contracts, and manage budgets for offline marketing activities.
• Represent the brand at events and other offline marketing activities, ensuring a positive and consistent brand image.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the budget for offline marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in offline marketing, event planning, or a related role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
