Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Retail Company Product Head (RCP Head) to lead the development, commercialization, and performance of company-wide retail products. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic product management, pricing, promotional programs, and commercial initiatives across all Retail Business Units (RBUs).

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, market insight, and leadership skills to deliver competitive product offerings while ensuring successful product launches and sustained sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of company-wide retail product strategies.
  • Develop and launch new products, services, and promotional campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Design product bundles, pricing strategies, and commercial initiatives aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and product enhancements.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle—from concept development to commercial launch.
  • Initiate and oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring smooth commercialization.
  • Prepare and cascade product announcements, updates, and knowledge materials to sales teams and branches.
  • Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer adoption to optimize product success.
  • Develop sales enablement materials and marketing collateral that support commercial objectives.
  • Implement sales incentive and recognition programs to motivate and improve sales performance.
  • Lead regular business reviews and sales performance discussions with Retail Business Units.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to execute product strategies effectively.
  • Ensure products remain competitive by continuously evaluating market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Retail Sales Management.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, telecommunications, consumer products, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and commercial execution.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through successful product launches and sales programs.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
