Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics management
- Knowledge of current warehouse procedures and best practices is an advantage
- Hands-on experience using inventory and logistics management systems
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming stocks and materials accurately
- Monitor and verify delivery receipts, sales invoices, and related documents
- Pick, prepare, and arrange customer orders from inventory
- Pack and dispatch orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy and quality
- Organize, monitor, and maintain inventory levels and warehouse cleanliness
- Coordinate closely with the sales team regarding order fulfillment and deliveries
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and tracking of stocks and materials
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reporting discrepancies
- Follow company safety standards and warehouse operating procedures
