Warehouse & Logistic Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in inventory and warehouse management, preferably in construction business setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MYOB system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations:
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage and organization of materials.
• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping of construction materials.
• Monitor and track inventory levels and order materials as needed.
• Implement and enforce warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
• Provide regular reports to management on warehouse operations.
• Manage and optimize warehouse space and layout to improve efficiency.
• Maintain and organize warehouse equipment.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Logistics Management:
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and construction site managers to ensure smooth material flow.
• Plan and execute efficient transportation of materials to construction sites.
• Create, implement, and track preventative maintenance schedules for all company vehicles.
• Audit driver daily trip logs and address unsafe driving habits immediately.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments or inventory.
