Warehouse manager

Key Job Responsibilities includes but not limited:

• Oversee warehouse operations and logistics/distribution activities
• Manage receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatching of goods
• Plan and monitor delivery schedules, routing, and transportation efficiency
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of finished products to clients and outlets
• Implement and enforce FIFO/FEFO systems for perishable goods
• Oversee cold storage and proper handling of temperature-sensitive products
• Lead warehouse supervisors
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and safety standards
• Analyze and improve warehouse layout, logistics processes, and cost efficiency
• Prepare inventory, delivery, and performance reports
• Address and resolve delivery issues, delays, and discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations in Managerial Capacity, preferably gained from food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, distribution planning, and fleet management
• Experience handling perishable and temperature-sensitive products
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
• Proficient in WMS, MS Excel, ERPS and other logistics reporting tools
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
