About the role

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Sert Technology Inc. in General Trias City, Cavite. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our innovative technology solutions.

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels including search engine optimization (SEO), Linedkin account, advertising, social media, email marketing, and content creation
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, continuously analyzing performance data to improve strategies and achieve targets
• Create engaging and SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters, to attract and retain our target audience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the curve and recommend innovative digital marketing solutions
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the technology or B2B industry
• Proven track record in successfully executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
