CAD ENGINEER (DEPOT BUILDING)

I. PRIMARY PURPOSE
- The CAD ENGINEER is responsible for preparing Structural and Architectural Drawings, Fabrication Drawings, and other Related Drawings in MMSSP CP101 DEPOT Buildings.
- Drafting / CAD works (STRUCTURAL AND ARCHITECTURAL)
- Meetings with the Consultant and Subcontractors (COORDINATION)
- Site Visit (FIELD)
- Other duties that may be assigned as deemed necessary - Paperwork (DOCUMENTATION)
- Reports and Tracking (DOCUMENTATION)
- Perform other related tasks or duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil engineering
- Drafting Technology or any vocational courses in CAD and Drawing software
- Other Certifications for Drawing Software
- Seminars and Training for Architectural and Structural Drawings and Construction Drawings
- Good Verbal Written Communication Skills
- Problem Solving
- Ability to get along with another Department and Sub-Contractor
- Site Coordination
- Professional in Structural and Architectural Works and Software
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites
- Willing to work OVERTIME (and WEEKEND) if necessary
