AutoCAD / CAD Operator

The ideal candidate has experience working in commercial or retail environments and can collaborate closely with engineering, leasing, and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings including floor plans, tenant layouts, and construction details.
• Produce as-built drawings based on actual site conditions and completed works.
• Assist in space planning for leasing and tenant fit-out requirements.
• Coordinate with Mall Operations, Engineering, and Construction teams for drawing revisions and project requirements.
• Review and incorporate mark-ups from engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project files.
• Support renovation and improvement projects by ensuring drawings are accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct occasional site visits to validate measurements and actual layouts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting, preferably in commercial, retail, or mall environments.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D; 3D is an advantage).
• Knowledge of construction detailing, space planning, and fit-out processes.
• Experience in mall operations, property management, or renovation projects is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple drawing revisions.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
