The Baker is responsible for baking fresh Croissant and other pastries in the store. It is also the baker’s responsibility to ensure the quality of the goods being used is up to par and monitor the level of supplies ensuring they are enough to make the products.
Operational Excellence- Responsible in mixing, preparing and baking bread and pastries according to standards
- Orders for the baked items supplies
- Ensures all baked goods orders are completed
- Prepares and maintains inventory or production records
- Checks equipment to ensure that it meets health and safety regulations and performs maintenance or cleaning, as necessary:
- Monitors equipment operation to ensure proper functioning
- Cleans production equipment
- Maintains production or processing equipment
- Maintains a clean and tidy area
- At least High School Graduate
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Baking/ Cake Decorating, Preferable with more than 1 year experience.
- must be willing to work in Pasig City
