Cybersecurity Senior Manager | Hybrid - Up to 300K Salary

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the delivery of managed cybersecurity services across multiple domains
• Ensure high standards of operational performance and service quality
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance incident management processes
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address evolving cybersecurity challenges
• Monitor industry trends and emerging threats to improve service offerings continuously
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing insights into service performance and risks
• Drive decision-making and resolve issues impacting team effectiveness and service delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in managed security services
• Strong leadership experience in handling complex cybersecurity operations
• Security certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH, CISM) are highly preferred
• Industry exposure in Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Life Sciences is a big plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
• Can start immediately, if possible
