JOB OVERVIEW:

As an IT Business Analyst, you will serve as the critical liaison between our internal product/engineering teams and our clients—typically casino operators, regulators, or online gaming brands—during the delivery and implementation of our online gaming platforms.

Your core responsibility is to gather, document, and manage functional and technical requirements, ensuring that platform configurations, integrations, and customizations align with the client's business goals, compliance obligations, and operational workflows.

You will work across a range of client engagements including player account management (PAM) systems, payment integrations, content delivery (slots, live games, sportsbook), affiliate and CRM tools, and regulatory reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of business analysis experience, with 2+ years in online gaming or digital product delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of iGaming platforms and integrations (CMS, PAM, CRM, payment, content aggregators).
  • Strong understanding of PAM systems, wallet structures, content integrations, payments, and regulatory requirements.
  • Well versed in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
  • Ability to write clear and structured documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working in client-facing environments, including workshops, demos, and requirement validation meetings.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Lucidchart is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Able to balance client satisfaction with platform limitations and project constraints
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
  • Engage directly with client stakeholders (product, operations, compliance, tech) to elicit clear business and technical requirements.
  • Translate client needs into detailed documentation (BRDs, functional specs, user stories, data mappings).
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
  • Clarify platform capabilities versus custom development needs.
  1. Client Engagement & Delivery Support
  • Coordinate across internal teams (engineering, QA, product, integrations) to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Support configuration of platform modules (PAM, wallet, responsible gaming tools, reporting dashboards).
  • Provide detailed input to project managers to inform timelines and scope management.
  1. Platform Integration & Compliance:
  • Document and support integrations with client’s third-party vendors (e.g., payments, KYC/AML, geolocation, CRM, content providers).
  • Ensure all features and workflows adhere to client’s regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with compliance teams to prepare documentation for certifications and audits.
  1. Testing & Go-Live Readines:
  • Assist in test planning and execution (UAT), validating that delivered functionality meets the agreed specifications.
  • Support go-live planning and ensure operational readiness from a client perspective.
  • Track and manage change requests during delivery.
