About the role
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Truck Driver to join our team at PTC Commercial Corporation in Tondo, Manila City. As a full-time Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods across Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Operate and maintain a commercial delivery truck in a safe and professional manner
- Load and unload cargo at designated pickup and drop-off points
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to reach destinations on time
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report any issues to the management
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Adhere to all relevant traffic laws and regulations
- Represent the company in a professional manner when interacting with customers
- Valid driver's license for commercial vehicles
- At least 2 years of experience as a Truck Driver in the courier, driver or postal services industry
- Good knowledge of Metro Manila roads and traffic conditions
- Excellent driving skills and attention to safety
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Physically fit to load and unload cargo
