Workday Analyst (Night Shift, Remote)

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Workday Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. This role is focused on providing front-line support for Workday system issues and handling day-to-day operational tasks. The ideal candidate will work closely with the HRIS Analyst and the broader HRIS & People Operations team to ensure timely resolution of tickets, accurate processing of requests, and consistent execution of system-related activities.

• Partner with the HRIS to support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday business processes, reports, integrations, and security roles.
• Provide Tier 1 support by troubleshooting Workday-related issues, escalating complex problems when necessary, and following through on resolutions.
• Monitor and process tickets and requests in a timely and accurate manner, in collaboration with the HRIS team.
• Assist in routine system updates and participate in the testing and rollout of new Workday features, upgrades and configuration.
• Support the development and maintenance of custom Workday reports, including the creation of calculated fields.
• Research integration or data issues and assist in implementing solutions based on documented processes and best practices.
• Create, maintain, and update user guides, documentation, and basic training materials for internal stakeholders.
• Follow established governance protocols to ensure data privacy, accuracy, and system security compliance within the Workday environment.

• 3-5 years Intermediate experience working with Workday in a support or operational capacity.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills for researching and resolving Tier 1 & 2 issues.
• Familiarity with HR processes and data privacy principles is a plus.
• Willing to work night shift, Monday to Friday 9:00PM - 6:00AM
