Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Property Management Supervisor at DBC Homes in Iloilo City. The Property Management Supervisor is in charge of managing the day-to-day operations, upkeep, maintenance, and administration of the subdivision's residential properties.

Among these responsibilities are overseeing an association of residents and maintenance personnel, planning regular upkeep, and setting up contracts for maintenance services; paying taxes and other property-related expenses; informing property owners about the property's financial situation, occupancy, and upcoming leases; handling conflicts with occupants and service providers; and recording and documenting inspections, contracts, maintenance requests, complaints, damages, repair records, maintenance costs, rent collection, and insurance costs.

Salary Range: From Php25,000.00 per month

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree holder in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or its equivalent.
With at least 3 years of experience working in property management agencies or other relevant work experience.
Possess strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, legal knowledge, and financial skills.
With exceptional team management skills, customer service, and judgment and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
