We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging content, a keen eye for design, and a strong understanding of social media trends to help elevate our brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Editing:
  • Create engaging and creative video content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Edit videos, ensuring they align with our brand voice and deliver clear messages.
  • Design posters, graphics, and other visual content for marketing campaigns and social media posts.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase online engagement, brand awareness, and traffic to our website.
  • Monitor social media trends, identify opportunities for content creation, and stay updated with new features on social platforms.
  • Create social media calendars and schedule posts across multiple platforms.
  • Marketing Strategy & Analysis:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive sales, engagement, and brand loyalty.
  • Analyze performance metrics of social media campaigns and use insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Run targeted ad campaigns to boost visibility, engagement, and ROI.
  • Brand Development:
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure consistency in messaging and visuals across all platforms.
  • Help curate and manage the company’s voice on various social platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand values.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media content creation, editing, and marketing strategy.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
