Employee Record Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date physical and digital employee records
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Posting jobs, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and facilitating new-hire orientation
- Payroll & Benefits Support: Preparing payroll inputs (attendance, leave, deductions), manage government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and supporting benefits enrollment including health insurance.
- Policy Development: Create and enforce the Employee Handbook, including specific protocols for workplace safety, emergency response, and health standards.
- HR Compliance & Reporting: Updating employee data, generating HR metrics reports, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions, resolving disputes, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Performance Management: Coordinate annual performance reviews and assist managers with goal-setting and disciplinary procedures.
- Employee Welfare: Organize safety trainings and drive employee engagement initiatives and develop strategies to improve retention and workplace morale.
- Government Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for DOLE inspections and labor relations.
- Administrative Support: Oversee office equipment and supplies, organize company events, and handle other HR and administrative functions as needed
