Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at MANGO, you will be the face of the brand—delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and driving sales. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about fashion, customer service, and working in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Replenish stock and ensure accurate product displays
• Promote loyalty programs, discounts, and in-store campaigns
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus (but not required)
• Experience is also a plus, but also not required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fashion and styling
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willing to be assigned in MANGO boutique in one of the following stores: Greenbelt, Glorietta, Ayala Malls the Bay or SM Mall of Asia
