We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective and existing customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through follow-up calls and visits.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential and track sales reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback and training.
Qualifications/Requirements
Requirements: Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
