Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of company disbursements, including payments to suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders. Ensures all payment transactions are properly documented, authorized, recorded, and compliant with company policies and accounting standards.Assists in cash management, account reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports related to disbursements.
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor’s of Science in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management or related courses.
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience in the same position or its equivalent, however, Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledgeable in TR and PN transactions, BIR transactions/rulings in VAT and WHT, Bank transactions, and Accounts Payable procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in adhering to Fundamental Accounting Principles.
- Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters.
- Proficiency in computerized date entry and Accounting Softwares (Quickbooks, Word Processing, ERP, and BIR Relief System).
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 is a plus.
- Willing to work onsite.
