Job description:
The role aims to provide assistance to Finance Department as an Accounting Assistant by monitoring of all accounts for updates and other queries particularly to monitor suppliers’ inquiries, follow ups and special request from vendors. The personnel will also help in the administration tasks such as scanning of department related reports and requests.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Must have strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing invoices and payments.
- Must be able to analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or issues with vendor invoices and payments.
- Knowledgeable with SAP System
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity in using SAP system
