Remote (Philippines) | Full-Time | Independent Service Contract

Spectrum is looking for a proactive and organised Sales Support Executive to join our Operations Support Department.

In this role, you will provide administrative and documentation support to our Singapore Sales Team by coordinating tender submissions, compiling proposal documents, monitoring tender and procurement portals for relevant opportunities, and supporting the day-to-day administrative activities that keep our sales operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor designated tender and procurement portals daily for relevant opportunities.
• Compile tender submissions and proposal documents using information provided by internal teams.
• Organize company certifications, brochures and supporting documents into complete submission packages.
• Track tender submission deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

• Format and compile quotations using pricing and information provided by the Singapore Sales Team.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain documents and information required for proposals and tender submissions.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Singapore Operations Support Team.

• Minimum diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or an administrative role
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF editing
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote Singapore-based team
