Associate Software Developer

Job description

We’re looking for a Software Developer to join our growing tech team. You'll help develop, design, and implement new software features while improving existing systems that support our partners and clients. This role involves full-cycle development work — from database design to front-end polish.

• Participate in full-cycle development: architecture, coding, testing, deployment
• Write clean, testable, efficient code (mainly in Python)
• Build or update frontend components (basic JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Integrate and test software modules into full systems
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications
• Collaborate with team members to align on project goals and best practices
• Communicate clearly with the team and, when needed, with clients

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 1–2 years of programming experience preferred (open to fresh grads with strong foundations)

• Proficient in Python
• Basic working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Experience with Flask or FastAPI (backend), Angular or React (frontend), familiarity with CMS, API development/integration, and test-driven development is a plus as well as Mobile dev experience (iOS/Android).
