Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join an agile development team that builds and maintains enterprise-grade software systems. You’ll play a key role in the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality applications that support businesses and users at scale.

This role is ideal for developers with strong backend experience in Ruby on Rails, frontend skills using AngularJS, and a working knowledge of MongoDB.

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality web applications
• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Ruby on Rails
• Develop dynamic and responsive frontend interfaces with AngularJS
• Integrate with and manage data from MongoDB and other databases
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in regular code reviews and agile sprint ceremonies
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in software development

Job Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

• Solid experience in Ruby on Rails (RoR)
• Proficiency in AngularJS
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration techniques
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

Preferred:

• Background or working knowledge of MongoDB
• Experience working in agile development teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with cloud-based deployments is a plus
