Technical Support Engineer & CAD Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level technical support for CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and
and support for lighting design software (e.g., Dialux)
Troubleshoots and diagnosing solutions to technical issues
Provide technical support to the team in executive projects
Collaborate with internal team to resolve complex issues and provide customer feedback.
Document support cases, solutions, and best practices for internal knowledge base and customer resources.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in CAD software platform (e.g., AutoCAD) and Lighting Design Software
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Clear, concise written and verbal skills and problem solving skills required.
Experienced in AutoCad, Microsoft apps, Google Spreadsheet and cost estimation
Develop all documentation for the process including but not limited to specifications, risk analysis, process plans, design reviews
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of file formats, rendering, and CAD standards.
Having a driver's license (for OB / Site Visits) but not required
Having a certification as Safety Officer is a plus but not required
