About the role
At Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc., we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Housekeeping I to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Housekeeping I, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our client's facilities, contributing to the overall guest experience.This is a full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu.
What you'll be doing- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces
- Stock and replenish supplies in guest rooms and common areas
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients
- Collaborate with the wider housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related hospitality role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work well in a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality service
- Willing to be assigned in Filinvest Cyberzone Cebu Tower 3 and 4, Cebu IT Park
