Company Overview:

We operate various businesses in the Philippines including consulting, real estate, beauty clinics, and massage services. We are looking for a full-time manager to oversee and improve operations, support staff, and work closely with the Japanese owner.

General Manager (Multi-business Operations)

Work Location:

Philippines (Exact location depends on business)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of each business unit (real estate, clinic, massage)
• Manage staff schedules, training, and evaluations
• Analyze and report monthly performance
• Communicate and coordinate with the Japanese owner
• Ensure service quality and handle customer feedback

Qualifications:

• Prefer candidates with management experience (industry not required)
• Fluent in English and Tagalog
• Japanese language is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong leadership, adaptability, and communication skills required

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: PHP 50,000
• Full government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Weekends and Philippine public holidays off
• 3-month probitionary period (with salary)
• Possibility of salary increase or bonus based on performance

Working Hours:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
