The Workforce Services Senior Analyst ensures effective workforce management (WFM) operations by balancing staffing requirements, service delivery, and operational efficiency. The role is critical in maintaining accurate reporting, consistent processes, and compliance with both client and internal stakeholders.

• Report Validation: Review, validate, and ensure timely delivery of reports prepared by Intraday Analysts and other WFM disciplines (Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, Reporting).
• Process Integrity: Develop and maintain consistency of WFM processes/procedures across accounts.
• Service Delivery: Balance staffing requirements with operational efficiency and financial goals to meet client expectations.
• Data Management: Extract, manipulate, and present data using WFM applications/manual platforms, maximizing system functionality.
• Audit Compliance: Manage internal and external audits with established processes and controls.
• Team Coaching: Conduct monthly coaching and performance feedback sessions with direct reports.
