About the Role

You will work closely with Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Management to deliver accurate reports, identify performance trends, and provide actionable insights that drive operational excellence.

• Generate daily operational performance reports and dashboards.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive management reports.
• Validate and reconcile data from multiple operational systems.
• Monitor KPI performance and identify trends or performance gaps.
• Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from management.
• Maintain reporting documentation and data accuracy.
• Assist in automating reports and improving reporting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or operational analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Google Sheets.
• Experience creating KPI dashboards and operational performance reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
• Experience in the Telecommunications, ISP, Field Operations, or Service Industry is an advantage.
