Qualifications
✅At least High School Graduate
✅With previous work experience as a Promodizer, Inventory Staff, or Stockman in retail or warehouse operations.
✅Background in retail store inventory management is an advantage
✅Familiar with stock handling, replenishment, and cycle counting in a retail or distribution setting

✅Physically fit and can lift heavy items

Job Responsibility

Conduct daily and scheduled cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies
Maintain proper stock organization and bin location accuracy in coordination with the Warehouse PIC
Perform timely stock replenishment to support picking and dispatch operations
Assist the Warehouse PIC in monitoring stock levels and ensuring the availability of items

Support the Inventory Analyst in inventory validation, reconciliation, and reporting

Ensure all stock movements are properly recorded and aligned with system and physical inventory

Report any inventory variances, damages, or discrepancies immediately
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper arrangement of stocks within the warehouse

Coordinate with warehouse team members to ensure smooth inventory flow and accuracy
