Megaworld Corporation and its subsidiaries are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to support our finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in financial statement preparation and consolidation. You will ensure accuracy in financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the preparation, consolidation, and presentation of financial statements and reports.
- Perform variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial and business performance dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business units to ensure alignment of financial data and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor junior team members in both accounting and analytics functions.
- Support audit processes and management reporting needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
- CPA license is a plus but not required.
- Experience in financial statement preparation, consolidation, or business analytics/reporting.
- Skills in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
