- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- At least 2 years of college undergraduate (with or without back subjects) or a completed associate's/diploma degree
- At least 2 years BPO experience, including 6 months in Sales and 1 year in Customer Service Chat.
- Candidates with over 1 year of combined Sales and Customer Service Chat experience will be considered.
- Customer service and sales knowledge in computer use and navigation of electronics products
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Amenable to work on rotating shifts
- With capability to work from home and with access to a quiet and secured room and at least a 30 MBPS internet subscription
- Can work onsite in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
