Job Summary

The Land Surveyor is responsible for conducting land and site surveys to support construction, infrastructure development, land acquisition, and property management projects. The role ensures accurate measurement, mapping, and documentation of land boundaries, elevations, and site conditions while providing technical support to engineering and development projects.

• Graduate of BS Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any related course
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer is an advantage
• With experience in land surveying, mapping, and land development projects
• Knowledgeable in the use of surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level
• Proficient in AutoCAD, surveying software, and MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to prepare technical reports and survey documentation
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and site visits

• Conduct land and topographic surveys for company projects
• Establish and verify property boundaries and land measurements
• Operate and maintain surveying instruments and equipment
• Prepare survey maps, sketches, plans, and technical reports
• Assist in land development, construction, and infrastructure projects
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and government agencies regarding survey requirements
• Ensure accuracy of survey data and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain records and documentation of survey activities and findings
