- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience in month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Experience in budgeting and reforecasting processes
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Sage Intacct and Microsoft Office tools including Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present financial data clearly
- Lead and support month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Prepare and record journal entries in accordance with US GAAP
- Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support annual budgeting processes in collaboration with department heads
- Assist in reforecasting activities and provide variance analysis and insights
- Identify process improvements to streamline accounting operations and strengthen controls
- Prepare audit schedules and documentation for internal and external audits
- Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A teams
