Customer Support for Retail Account

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Support for Retail Account to join our growing team in our Cebu Central Visayas office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our retail clients, addressing their queries and resolving any issues they may face.

• Handling inbound calls from retail customers, providing them with support and assistance
• Resolving customer queries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Documenting customer interactions and following up on open issues
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identifying and escalating any complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team
• Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes

• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathise with customers
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a wide range of customer inquiries
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
