Customer Support Representative -Telecommunications Account (Non-Voice)

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Representatives to join our team, contact centre in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position supporting one of our key telecommunication clients, where you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and finding solutions to their queries.

• Handling inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels
• Listening actively to customer needs and concerns, and providing prompt and effective resolutions
• Maintaining a positive, professional, and courteous attitude when interacting with customers
• Documenting all customer interactions and following up as needed
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and business processes
• Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and quality standards

• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathise, and effectively resolve customer queries
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and address customer needs
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
