Work Arrangement: Work from Home
Location: Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga), Mabalacat, Ortigas, Makati. Cebu, Davao

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative / Sales Support Specialist to support daily operations and client coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tasks across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and updating tasks using Connective, Quickly, and Trello
  • Coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure the timely completion of tasks
  • Monitoring project progress and following up on pending items
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records
  • Providing general administrative and sales support as needed

Qualification and requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in administrative or sales support roles is preferred

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Connective, Quickly, and Trello
