Job Description
THIS ROLE- Provides basic payment processing and data administration support
- Focuses on routine, straightforward transactions
- Learns core banking systems and processes
- Processes standard payments following established procedures
- Maintains basic data quality in systems
- Follows checklists and procedures to minimize risk
- Completes accurate time reporting
- Processes simple payment transactions
- Updates basic static data
- Responds to routine client queries
- Uses banking platforms for standard transactions
- Maintains accurate records in time reporting system
Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
Educational Background:- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- 0- 1 year of experience in payment processing, banking, or administrative support roles
- Basic understanding of financial transactions and banking systems
- Experience with data quality management and adherence to standard operating procedures is beneficial
