- Participates in all stages of production and coordinate with other department to ensure that the production does not get held up or malfunction due to any reason.
- Closely maintain standards in quality.
- Create a time-bound production schedule and make sure that the manufacturing is timely and standardized.
- Enhancing the production of goods and thereby, increase the sales and profit margins of the organizations.
- Evaluate the performance of his/her team and motivate them to perform better.
- Undertakes training of the production team members and updating the company's production facilities to maximize the output.
- College Graduate.
- Can communicate Korean language fluently in coordination with the other Korean Managers.
- Can manage the whole production department.
- Preferably have knowledge and/or experience in manufacturing of tights and socks.
