- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in support facilities operations
- Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Experience in telecom electro-mechanical support systems
- Proven ability to troubleshoot site issues and guide commissioning
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Skilled in cost estimation and presenting technical solutions to clients
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist and report the daily operational and issues to the Operations Manager
- Oversee day-to-day PSS operations, staff performance, and disciplinary actions
- Train team members on operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques
- Lead strategic restoration efforts for site equipment and systems
- Manage operations from concept to implementation for communications initiatives
- Conduct routine inspections and audits to uphold service standards
- Drive team engagement and performance to meet KPIs and contractual obligations
- Evaluate staff performance and recommend training for skill development
- Serve as a 24/7 contact for support facilities emergency calls
