Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational food manufacturing and distribution company. Our respected client is seeking a Product Executive to support sales and marketing functions through documentation management, process coordination, and administrative support.

This role is offered on a 6-month contract and requires full onsite work in Quezon City.

Job Summary:

The Product Executive will assist in coordinating regulatory documentation, managing internal systems related to product changes and updates, and supporting general marketing and sales operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks while collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Documentation & Compliance
  • Assist in preparing and submitting documents for product registration with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
  • Coordinate with Graphic Artists for product artwork revisions to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Maintain updated and accurate technical documentation for FDA approval in collaboration with distributor partners
  • Follow through with distributors on alignment meetings and document updates
Product Change Requisition System (PCRS)
  • Support PCRS processes related to New Product Developments, Bill of Materials updates, and source plant transfers
  • Coordinate with local and regional marketing teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements
Technical Document Requests
  • Assist in handling document requests for Food Service and Industrial customers using the TDRF (Technical Document Request Form) system
Sales & Marketing Administrative Support
  • Consolidate consumer data gathered from marketing activities (e.g., expos, sampling, food truck activations)
  • Monitor and coordinate POSMs (Point of Sale Materials) and premium items
  • Process administrative claims through RBDF and track documentation status
  • Perform data mining, reporting, and internal documentation tracking
  • Manage incoming/outgoing documents to/from customers and regional office

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in supporting sales and marketing teams, preferably in the FMCG or food industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with systems such as SAP, PCRS, RBDF, or TDRF is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
