We are a growing mobile dog grooming company in Houston, Texas, and we’re looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent support to our clients and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Answer and handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and care
Schedule and manage grooming appointments efficiently
Respond promptly to customer emails and text messages
Provide accurate service information and price quotes to new and existing customers
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to ensure a great customer experience

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills (phone, email, and text)
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Customer service experience preferred (pet industry experience a plus!)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
