Maintenance Supervisor

1. Performs weekly, and daily maintenance planning jobs, manpower and materials.
2. Oversee / performs all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
3. Supervision of maintenance personnel’s work. Ensure to assign the right person to the right job efficiently.
4. Maintain all maintenance inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.
5. Conduct preventive maintenance work and follow-ups on all maintenance and repair works.
6. Coordinate with 3rd party contractors for repairs or preventive maintenance.
7. Monitor the performance of each equipment and should know how to determine whether for replacement or for repair.
8. Conduct regular site visit / inspection.
9. Good in oral and written communication and can work under minimal supervision.
10. Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time

1. Candidate must possess at least a 2 years Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s College Degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Industrial)
2. Preferably with at least 3 years’ experience specializing in maintenance facilities.
3. Willing to do field works.
4. Knowledgeable in planning and coordination skills.
5. With experience in a gasoline station
