FACILITY & MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Validates all inspected by Maintenance Officer, Electrician, Maintenance Staffs on a routine basis electrical equipment, wiring, fixtures and other components to ensure they remain functional and are up to code, as well as to identify any hazards or issues.
• Verifies all installed new or refurbished equipment for manufacturing or production plants. They will run tests to ensure that new machinery is ready to be implemented and work out any issues before the equipment is used on a daily basis.
• Determines the root and cause of any. They must be knowledgeable in troubleshooting problems with various types of equipment, such as hydraulic or robotic systems, and understand why equipment is not working properly.
• Uses tools and replacement parts to make repairs to production and manufacturing machines. Conducts regularly-scheduled maintenance on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis to keep machines running at they are intended and to avoid any down-time due to break-downs or improper operations.
• Creates and manages reports pertaining to the repair and maintenance of each industrial machines.
• Reports to management team to know in the event that machines need to be upgraded or replaced, there is a record of ongoing issues or proof that machines have been properly maintained.
• Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; basic troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
• Provides suggestions on the lifespan of equipment and other electrical components, advising when certain components should be replaced due to potential risks.
• Facilitates annual Maintenance audit.
• Ensures all routine maintenance work is handled on a regular schedule to reduce the risk of larger and more complex issues and to reduce costs.
• Provides accurate report on documented forms.
• Follows the ISO procedure, 5S practices and work place/industrial safety.
• Serves as the point person for any coordination with government especially Bureau of Fire Protection.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any Engineering, management course with at least 5 years relevant work experience.
• Preferably with Licensed (Professional Electrical or Mechanical Engineer)
• With at least 2 year working experience related to ISO9001:2008 on manufacturing; ISO 9001 2015 QMS is advantage.
• Excellent understanding on all aspects of QMS implementation and documentation
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills.
• Strong in building working relationships.
• Team player, trustworthy and well organized and capable of meeting agreed deadlines.
• Must be willing to work in General Trias City, Cavite
• Full-time position is available
• Office Schedule: 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Saturday
