IT Support Staff

TECO Industrial Park, Ninoy Aquino Highway, Mabalacat, 2010 Pampanga

1. 1 Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
2. 2 Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
3. 3 Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues;
4. 4 Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
5. 5 Replacing parts as required;
6. 6 Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
7. 7 Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
8. 8 Supporting the roll-out of new applications;
9. 9 Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
10. 10 Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
11. 11 Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);
12. 12 Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;
13. 13 Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers; testing and evaluating new technology;
14. 14 Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.;
15. 15 Implement the appropriate action to follow up any matters raised by the inquiry that is timely and the most suitable resolution and leaves the user satisfied.
16. 16 identify and escalate issues to 2 & 3 line support while managing communications to relevant users.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should have at least 1-2 years experience as IT Technical Support: ticket handling and more importantly report making and analyzing
• Amenable to work in TECO Industrial Park
• Willing to be trained
• Shifting Schedule
• Amenable to work 6 days a week
