As an IT Officer of Value Chain Solutions, Inc. (VCSI), you are responsible for providing technical and administrative support, ensuring smooth system operations, and assisting in data management and reporting.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, data accuracy, and IT resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address technical issues and ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in data management, reporting, and documentation using MS Excel.
- Perform administrative tasks related to IT support and system maintenance.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field is an advantage but not required with relevant work experience.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including understanding and using basic formulas.
- Willing to perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Able to work in dependently and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
