The Admin Associate (Compliance) is a support role in executing administrative functions with precision, professionalism, and confidentiality. This role is expected to spearhead the legal and admin compliance of the Company, ensuring full and consistent compliance with internal company policies and other related regulations.
Working alongside the Admin & HR Manager in effectively managing the designated functions, the Associate is also expected to serve as the associate for basic paralegal requirements of the company:
The following are the highlights of professional work that this role requires:
- Effective documentation of legal documents, such as but not limited to, drafting of resolutions, contracts, and other correspondences (this role is open for proper training and guidance for entry-level applicants)
- Assistant to the Admin & HR Manager in all corporate documentation requirements.
- Filing and Documentation of permits and licenses related to Securities and Exchange Commission
- Admin Support for Admin Businesses
- Other relevant duties
