Role Summary

The HR Assistant supports day-to-day HR operations across all core HR functions in a fast-paced F&B environment.

This role focuses on Recruitment and HR Operations, while providing support in HR Administration, Employee Relations, Timekeeping, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and HR Reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Handle end-to-end recruitment for store and office positions
Manage sourcing channels (JobStreet, Bossjob, Facebook, referrals)
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring process
Ensure timely hiring to meet manpower requirements
  1. Timekeeping & Attendance Management
Collect and consolidate timekeeping (DTR) from all outlets
Monitor attendance, including lateness, undertime, and absences
Ensure accuracy of attendance data before payroll submission
  1. HR Administration & Documentation
Maintain employee master data and 201 files with 100% completeness
Prepare HR documents (contracts, memos, NTE, onboarding documents)
Ensure proper filing system (digital and physical)
  1. Employee Relations & Discipline Support
Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns
Support disciplinary processes (NTE, IR, documentation, follow-ups)
Ensure proper documentation aligned with company policies
  1. Onboarding & HR Coordination
Support onboarding process and new hire orientation
Coordinate with departments on HR-related matters
Assist in internal communication and HR activities
  1. Learning & Development Support
Assist in organizing training and development activities
Track training participation and completion
Support onboarding training and internal learning programs
  1. Performance Management Support
Assist in performance evaluation processes (KPI tracking, documentation)
Support preparation of performance review reports
Maintain proper performance records
  1. HR Operations, Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate HR data and employee records
Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports
Support HR analytics and reporting requirements
Assist in HR process improvement initiatives
  1. Other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Education / Major: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience

Strong experience in Recruitment (end-to-end)

Exposure to HR Administration and Timekeeping

Skills: Strong recruitment and interviewing skills

Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Good English communication skills
