Project Assistant - Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HR Assistant - Telco focuses on high-volume hiring, employee onboarding and offboarding, telco administrative process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • In-charge to assist in onboarding, orientation, and completion of pre-employment requirements
  • Responsible to handle end-to-end telco process for the employees.
  • In-charge to coordinate with the employees for their employee inquiries regarding HR policies, compensation, and benefits.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of Business Administration or Management or any related from any reputable school.
  • Must have at least 1 year experience as HR Assistant in handling telco hiring.
  • Must have work experience in supporting high-volume hiring.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
