As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to build, manage, and oversee all aspects of our marketing and CRM systems, ensuring seamless lead generation and customer management.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone ready to grow with us and take ownership of our marketing and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

GHL Setup and Management:

Build out and optimize our GoHighLevel platform, including CRM setup, pipelines, workflows, triggers, SMS/email automations, and integrations.

Marketing Funnels:

Design and implement high-converting funnels tailored for roofing industry lead generation and customer engagement.

Website and Lead Generation:

Collaborate with our team to create and manage a lead-generating website integrated with GHL and trackable analytics.

Call Center and Phone System Management:

Set up and maintain phone lines, call tracking, and call center integration using GHL and ensure high performance.

Advertising Campaigns:

Develop and oversee marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising channels, integrating results into GHL.

Ongoing Management and Optimization:

Continuously monitor, refine, and enhance all GHL processes to ensure optimal performance and ROI.

Team Training and Support:

Train internal team members on using GHL effectively and provide ongoing support.

Performance Reporting:

Deliver regular performance reports on lead generation, campaign success, and operational metrics.

Requirements:

Proven Expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL):

Demonstrated experience setting up and managing all aspects of GHL for a business.

Marketing Knowledge:

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including lead generation, sales funnels, and email/SMS marketing.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CRM management, integrations, and tools related to GHL (Zapier, Twilio, etc.).

Industry Experience (Preferred):

Experience working in or with a roofing or construction-related business is a plus.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues efficiently.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
